The pub was once a staging post, and before that there was a Roman settlement in the area. The Bay Horse Inn has gained a reputation for good locally sourced, homecooked food and has an extensive wine list. Our award winning garden is tucked away at the rear of the pub for the enjoyment of our guests and is the ideal place to relax. We can also cater for parties, weddings and indeed most private functions as marquee facilities can be arranged if you need to accommodate in excess of 80 guests.

We have five tastefully furnished double bedrooms all of which are fully en-suite with televisions, hairdryers and tea or coffee making facilities. Rooms are priced from £75.00 for a single room up to £95.00 for our largest double room for two people. Full English Breakfast or Continental Breakfast are included.
